As a business, we want to do our very best to leave the earth in a better way than we found it. That’s why we have undertaken a number of initiatives focusing on the sustainability of our products and operations:
1. We only work with selected fish suppliers to ensure the salmon and tuna we sell is sustainably and ethically sourced. That means working with suppliers who don’t source endangered species, aim to limit unwanted bycatch and operate with a full traceability system to ensure they don’t sell us any illegally caught fish that has entered the supply chain.
2. All of the packaging we use for our rolls is 100% biodegradable. The bowls are made from sugarcane bagasse and they are 100% compostable. We are also constantly looking at new ways to reduce our plastic consumption by doing things like changing plastic bottle drinks to cans or glass bottles where possible.
We work with Spread A Smile, an incredible charity based in London who provide entertainment and experiences for seriously ill children. We attend their annual winter party each year, making our SushiDogs for all of the children and guests that attend the event.
